Prophetic and Deliverance Ministry

We embraces the work of the prophetic office as it appears as one of the five gifts Jesus gifted the church to equip the saints and mature them in the fullness of Jesus Christ. (Eph 4:11-15) We believe prophecy is a gift and all believers can function in the gift as the Holy Spirit imparts. We further believe in accordance with scripture some carry the office of the prophet while others may operate prophetically. 

Additionally, we wholly embrace the order that is instructed in scripture with regards to the manifestation of such gifts. Whether it is speaking in tongues, giving a prophetic word, exercising discernment we believe it should all be done with order, never denying that at times His work is not in keeping with our logic but embracing His ways are greater than our ways. (Is. 55:8-9)

Deliverance Ministry

Not to be confused with the office of the prophet is the work of deliverance which is entrusted to the ministry teams of the church. That in accordance with John 8:36 through the power of the Son, Jesus Christ, humanity can be set free from spiritual oppression and demonic possession. It is our contention that according to John 11:44 salvation is found in Christ alone as the progressive work of deliverance is then entrusted to His disciples to set the captives free. (Mark 16:17-20)

There are several phases to the work of deliverance and we believe that complete deliverance is our right as the children of God as it is our bread. The work of washing the body of believers in the Word is an essential part of deliverance and is more commonly accomplished during church services in which the congregational worship and teaching of the word is found. Deliverance can also be found in the ministry to the soul in a ministering session. Finally, we believe in the proper equipping of the believer as they engage in maintaining their deliverance. The goal is to help the believer live a life free from the chains of captivity.
